The course covers skin barrier and transdermal drug delivery structure of the skin barrier, factors affecting the skin barrier, strategies to enhance transdermal drug deliverymajor drugs used in dermatology including glucocorticosteroids, retinoids, antimicrobials, immunomodulators, agents used in oncology, hormonal therapy, other systemic medications antimalarials, colchicine, dapsone, leukotriene inhibitors, antihistamines, thalidomide and topic medications.
